• The California legislature enacted the "lemon laws" to help consumers get out of a bad situation.
   
• These laws are not a "get rich" scheme.
   
• The laws were only created to return consumers to approximately the same position as they were in before they purchased or leased their "lemon."

• You get rid of your "lemon."
   
• You will also recover:
   
• Your down payment, (including cash, trade-in allowance, registration fees, licensing fees, taxes, transportation costs, etc).;
   
• All of your monthly payments paid on your loan or lease;
   
• The full pay off of your bank loan or lease;
   
• Your incidental expenses (some repairs, towing costs, rental car expenses; etc.);
   
• Possibly, some or all of the costs of after market added items;
   
• Part of your attorney's fees; and
   
• Less, only a reasonable "use fee" the manufacturer is allowed to deduct under the California "lemon laws."
